Annadale-Huguenot-Prince's Bay-Woodrow
This South Shore map area groups Annadale, Huguenot, Prince’s Bay and Woodrow. Choose a pond-and-woodland visit or the Prince’s Bay waterfront; the combined outline is not a boundary for each of the four familiar neighborhoods.

Understanding Annadale-Huguenot-Prince's Bay-Woodrow
Prince’s Bay’s oysters once supplied markets well beyond Staten Island. Lemon Creek and its shore preserve the connection between the residential area and the former maritime economy.
Blue Heron Park grew from decades of residents’ efforts to preserve local woods and ponds. Its trails offer a different visit from the open bayfront.
Places to explore
Lemon Creek Park
Prince’s Bay waterfrontChoose the gazebo, overlook or pier setting for the meeting of creek and bay. The Seguine Mansion’s exterior belongs to the park’s older estate story, but a park visit does not establish access to the house interior.
Blue Heron Park
Poillon Avenue areaThe park has trails, woods and kettle ponds. Use the visitor-center area for orientation, then choose a marked trail. Check ranger programming separately and do not expect a guaranteed bird sighting.
Wolfe’s Pond Park
Huguenot/Prince’s Bay side of the areaThe park combines shoreline, natural habitat and recreation facilities. Decide whether the visit is for a trail, tennis or the beach; swimming and seasonal facilities require current Parks information.
