NYFE Summary
This mission church combined worship with practical services for immigrant neighbors. After an enlargement of its work, it offered a nursery, classes, baths, a reading room and other facilities. Later Pentecostal congregations continued religious and social work here; Father’s Heart now runs hunger-prevention and education programs.
Pointed window hoods and small flower panels decorate the brick front. A row of tiny arches runs below the roofline. The entrance was moved from the center to one side, where its door surround contrasts with the older windows above.
