NYFE Summary

The bank's leadership used this headquarters project to support lower Manhattan at a time when companies were moving uptown. A tall office tower was paired with a broad outdoor plaza, changing the scale of the surrounding blocks.

Narrow metal divisions form a grid across the tower's glass walls. The open space beside it provides room to see the building apart from its neighbors. A circular sunken garden is also part of the landmark site.
