NYFE Summary

The building put a terra-cotta face over a steel frame. Narrow vertical strips draw the eye upward through repeated floors of similar workspaces.

Leaf-like ornaments fill the panels between windows. At the top, six winged figures interrupt the foliage beneath the projecting cornice. The dense decoration sits within a clearly ordered grid of columns and openings.
