NYFE Summary

This corner building began as a bank. It later held commercial lofts and was converted to a theatre in 1963. The older cast-iron fronts remain the main feature to see from the street.

Closely spaced columns divide the windows on both sides. Projecting cornices mark each floor, and a broad pediment rises over the longer Bond Street front. The narrow Bowery end repeats the same details at a smaller scale.
