NYFE Summary

Serena Rhinelander funded the complex as a memorial to her father and grandfather. St. Christopher’s House offered neighborhood children a kindergarten, clubrooms, a gym and a swimming pool.

A covered walk joins the mission house and church. The tall tower rises over the main entrance, where Karl Bitter’s figures fill the arch. Golden-brown brick and terra-cotta trim run through the group.
