NYFE Summary

The congregation commissioned an auditorium for about 2,000 people after years in rented or adapted spaces. Its broad central room sat below offices and classrooms, while a tall entrance tower faced the park.

Banded stone columns frame the recessed doorway and the large window above it. An open, four-sided lantern supports the tower’s pointed roof, with stone urns at its corners.
