NYFE Summary

A group of investors commissioned this office tower for the growing financial district. Its steel frame and narrow site helped produce a tall building with windows on nearly every side.

Pale terracotta covers the street fronts. Pointed details, small animal figures and a steep copper-clad roof adapt Gothic forms to a skyscraper. A projecting window bay rises above the Liberty Street entrance.
