NYFE Summary

German Baptists built a church here as their congregation grew on the East Side. A Ukrainian Orthodox congregation later added the onion domes. Town & Village Synagogue acquired the building in 1962.

Round arches, pale stone and two towers preserve the earlier church's outline. The domes above them record a later chapter in the building's religious history.
