The filing names Mural Real Estate Partners and Curtis+Ginsberg Architects; a completion date has not been announced.

Plans call for a 14-story building at 161-05 Hillside Avenue, combining apartments with commercial space.

The proposed structure would rise 144 feet and contain 173 residences. Its design allocates about 116,062 square feet to housing and 9,422 square feet to commercial uses, with a cellar and rear yard also included.

Sandi Silk of Mural Real Estate Partners submitted the applications, which name Curtis+Ginsberg Architects as architect of record. Demolition permits had not yet been filed for the existing structure, and no estimated completion date was announced.
