NYFE Summary

The bank served the shops and firms around Union Square. Its later headquarters combined banking rooms with a tall office building on a prominent corner.

Tall polished granite columns frame a curved entrance porch. Lions’ heads, carved leaves and decorated window panels give the lower floors their detail. Above them, repeated windows rise toward a projecting cornice.
