NYFE Summary

The owners of the Arnold Constable stores developed this building as a rental investment. The Century Publishing Company occupied it for more than three decades, producing Century and St. Nicholas magazines.

A projecting window bay spans two floors above the entrance. Red brick, carved stone and sunflower decorations surround it. Large chimney stacks frame the steep roof, giving a commercial building details more often used on houses.
