NYFE Summary

The congregation first worshipped in a nearby academy chapel while its own buildings took shape. A chapel, the main church and a later school building formed the complex in stages. The main church’s two square towers give it the outline of a small cathedral.

The towers step upward through rows of arches and carved stone bands. Between them, a large pointed window fills the central gable. A second richly worked front faces the side street, so the building’s carving can be seen around the corner.
