NYFE Summary

Perfumer François Coty leased the building as his American headquarters and commissioned René Lalique to supply decorative windows. The company used three floors while subletting other spaces.

Vines and tulips form a continuous glass design through the upper window groups. Pale stone frames the broad glazed bays, and a low sloping roof preserves the scale of the older Fifth Avenue streetscape.
