NYFE Summary

This building once housed a nightclub and restaurant in Jamaica’s growing entertainment district. Later tenants changed its use, including a clothing manufacturer. A restoration recovered the stepped form and colors of the front.

Wide bands of metal curve around a projecting central section. Smaller steps spread out on either side above a recessed entrance. The contrast between the silver-colored upper section, dark tiles and colored stucco gives the narrow building its distinctive outline.
