NYFE Summary
A columned porch stretches across the front, below three round-arched windows. An eight-sided bell tower rises above the roof. From the side street, the small churchyard helps explain how this site once fitted into a village rather than today’s busy shopping district.
The congregation’s first church here was built with volunteer labor. Its cornerstone was reused in the replacement building. The former chapel, now Fellowship Hall, was moved back from the street in 1906 so that its porch could be joined with the main church.
