Eight additional workstations bring capacity to 21 employees, with adjustable counters to accommodate staff with disabilities.
The borough's Civil Court has reopened its clerk workspace after nearly two months of construction, amNewYork reported Wednesday.
Electrical and data upgrades allow documents submitted at the counter to be scanned immediately into the New York State Courts Electronic Filing system.
Public services continued during the project, using other courtrooms and borrowed space at the former Supreme Court building on Richmond Terrace.
