How the conversion works
Multiply feet by 0.3048 to get meters. Divide meters by 0.3048 to get feet. This tool uses the international foot, which is exactly 0.3048 meters.
For example, 10 feet is 3.048 meters. For a height in feet and inches, divide the inches by 12, then add the feet. Five feet six inches is 5.5 feet.
